Hello. I want to introduce 30 day challenge to you. Have you ever heard of that before? Well, I'm going to try that during this camp. There are many things to add in my life, but also more things to subtract.
My first challenge is to use the stairs often. Of course, using elevator is much more faster, and easier forme, but using elevator is just a short to gain weight. In order to be healthy, I will have to use stairs. For the first step, I will make a checklist to see if I used stairs often. Second, I will tell my friends to remind me of the 30day chellenge. The Last step will be to punish my self if I didn't use the stairs
Second challenge is to clean my room neately. If you clean, you get green card. So my first step will be to remind myself of the green card. Second, I will ask PAs if the room is clean. Lastly, I will ask my friends if the room is clean or not.
If I folllow these steps, I will be able to success 30 day chellenge.
